 CFT is registered with the SBA as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the President, Leo Lipsie is a combat wounded veteran of the Vietnam Era.  During his tenure is Vietnam, Leo was awarded the Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, Two for Valor, Four Purple Hears, The Army Commendation Medal with V Device for Valor, The Air Medal, and an individual award of the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry for actions during the TET Offensive in Hue in 1968.
