Inside Sales Resource (ISR)



Assurance Data Inc. is looking to hire Customer Relationship Representatives that will play a critical part in customer advocacy and maintaining 95% customer retention rate.   These critical roles offers the opportunity to join the fastest growing private technology reseller provider and join a team whose production continues to have a significant impact on the growth of Assurance Data Inc.. 

 The Customer Relationship Representatives should be interested in breaking out of the standard role. This is a highly visible position that offers someone the chance to interact as an active liaison with every business unit in the organization.

 What we look for are customer service specialists interested in enhancing their career by being exposed to multiple environments while working with a recognized product leaders.   • Sell maintenance renewals to existing Assurance Data inc. Customers
  • Sell training, services and software to existing customers when applicable
  • Identify and work through product refresh and additional opportunities with existing customers
  • Maintain primary contact with established Assurance Data Inc. Customers which requires communication via email and phone communication
  • Discuss our products from a technical overview perspective
  • Interface with accounting, sales, professional services and support as well as other contacts within Assurance Data Inc. in regard to customer needs and wishes
  • Participate in process development for the Customer Relations team
  • Maintain customer information in CRM.
  • Schedule and coordinate training  for new and existing customer base
